 We create our jewelry on the magnificent Northern Coast, in Mendocino California. We are inspired by beauty that surrounds us in the natural world and we strive to capture that energy and magic in our jewelry.
We use many techniques including hand fabrication, lost wax casting, champleve enameling and cameo carving. We hand carve our cameo faces from opal, mother of pearl and antique piano keys. This form of jewelry originated in the 15th century French court and was called a Commesso. Our style and symbolic design reflect our fascination with nature as well as the art of many cultures including Celtic, Native American, Egyptian and the Renaissance. With a background in old world jewelry fabrication our work has the quality of fine craftsmanship combined with intricate symbolic design to create a unique form of Jewelry Art.

Moonlight Dreams
Selene, Queen of the starlit heavens, is the ancient Greek goddess of the moon. She was sacred to the Greeks as bringer of reason and wisdom. Selene created the movement of time with all its cycles of creation, birth, growth, decline and destruction. She represents the fullness of life, incorporating all phases of light and darkness in her shining.

Athena
Athena is presented by the Greeks as the virgin goddess of war and wisdom. A symbol of courage and friendship, she often counsels warriors to gentleness. She is especially honored as the goddess of agriculture; the creator of the olive tree, the flute, the ship, goldsmithing, shoemaking; and the goddess who introduced the yoke for the oxen and the bridle for the horse. She is a patron of all useful and elegant arts. In Greek mythology, Athena is said to have breathed soul into the men created by Prometheus and to have helped Prometheus steal fire from the heavens to give to men. Athena is a wonderful affirmation that there are no limits to what a woman can do with her intellect and creative ability.
